No Name Baldy
Did a great shot off of No Name down this chute. Fun and not too hard...unless you accidentally left your skins on. That's right. I'm a dumbass that couldn't figure out till the bottom why my skiing sucked so bad. The snow is pretty dismal out here so at least I didn't screw up some sweet powder shot.

The Fellowship of the Sausage - Day 3
Day 3 was kind of a rest day for everyone. We got our faces stuffed at the Pancake House and then went up to Snowbird to try out the avy beacon training park and watch the heli land on our heads. The beacpn park was broken but we played around with burying/searching with our own beacons. The party then moved on down to Pink Pine Ridge to get some powder shots in the trees. That's where Adam went 'Old School' with his awesome double pole technique.

Sausage Fest '07 Day One
We got the fest off to a good start by having a storm roll through town yesterday. Heavy Metal Drew, Rob E. Hickey, and Fordzilla came in late last night. Special guest star John Malloy joined us for a slog up to Cardiff Pass where we got good shots in 8" of powder. Got about 5000' in this day. Note the heli in one of the pics -- we don't need no stinkin' heli.

Cardiff - Solitude - Day 16 ski
Sorry I don't have tons of powder pics...I don't have time to take the camera out on days like that. This was a great tour with pretty tough windpack snow. I made one tele-turn for every 50 parallel turns. But at least made it to Cardiff with Erik and Jeff, who both work at Myriad. We skinned over to the ridgeline between Cardiff and Mill B (see pics). Skiied the NE bowl of Solitude. It was primo-if it had powder.
